Golf positioning: How to set up over the ball

Southern California PGA Section Teacher of the Year Kip Puterbaugh instructs that for set-up you should create a position with your upper body tilted over at the hips with your weight on the balls of your feet with shoulders back. He recommends aligning the leading edge of club 90 degrees to your target line with feet parallel left of target line.
