Finding a strong base of nutrition, increasing your physical capacity and finding those tips that will help you play better as you age, you can assuredly play the game of golf for life.
PGA Coach Thor Parrish provides his students with tremendous insight on golf, fitness and, nutrition. He has three key areas golfers should focus on to not only play golf better, but for longer.
  1. From what you eat, to how you sleep and your mental well-being, nutrition is essential as a base to everything we will build on to make sure you can play the game of golf for as long as possible.
  2. In order to play golf, we need to have the physical capacity to play. Gyms, fitness professionals and TPI have done an incredible job of increasing individuals' physical capacity as they age.
  3. Connecting with a PGA Professional can help you work around your limitations as you age or finding things that work for your specific body type.
