Q: David Arnold:
Why are hybrids easier to hit than traditional long irons?

A: Ronald Miller (Southern Texas Section):
The design of the club makes it easier to hit. There are no sharp edges to the hybrids, as there would be with the long irons. They are weighted low as a fairway wood, which allows us to hit them higher and softer. I think for the biggest part, they just look easier to hit.
