Wen-chong Liang donates half Manila earnings to Typhoon Haiyan relief
Wen-chong Liang won the inaugural Manila Masters in a playoff Sunday, then donated half his earnings to help victims from Typhoon Haiyan.  Liang, 35, earned $135,000, and said he was giving half of it away to relief efforts.
