How much is Danny Lee's driver worth?

Two weeks ago at the Travelers Championship, Danny Lee got so fed up with his driver that he gave it to a fan – in the middle of the final round! He finished that round without a driver, then switched to a brand-new Callaway XR driver for last week's Greenbrier Classic – and earned his first PGA Tour victory.

Lee isn't a big bomber – he tied for 54th in Driving Distance at the Greenbrier, averaging 286.9 yards per drive. But he did hit 43 of his 56 fairways in regulation – that's 76.79 percent, which tied him for 17th in the field for accuracy off the tee. His driving, combined with some timely putting – got him into the winner's circle.

The XR has an aerodynamic 460cc head that contains Callaway's new R•MOTO Face Technology, which removes weight from the clubface and creates more efficient energy transfer and ball speed across the entire face. The club also features Callaway's OptiFit adjustability, which allows golfers to choose from eight different loft and lie configurations.

Callaway's XR and XR Pro drivers made their debut at retail in February, with the XR model that Lee uses carrying a suggested retail price of $349 with a graphite shaft. It currently has an estimated trade-in value of $100.23 and an estimated resale value of $182.24, according to the PGA.com Value Guide and Trade-in Network.
