PGA HOPE is the flagship military program of the PGA of America. PGA HOPE is designed to introduce golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to support their social, emotional, and physical well being. This introductory program is designed to welcome those of all ages, branches and eras of service, genders, and abilities to the golf course and share in camaraderie and fun together as a group. Get ready for team golf, competition, and a whole lot of fun. PGA Junior League at Missing Links, led by PGA Professional Phil Plautz is a high-energy, team-based program where juniors learn the game, compete, and grow their confidence on and off the course. This is where players don’t just practice—they play. Juniors are placed on teams, wear jerseys, and compete. What's Included? Welcoming Environment PGA Jr. League believes that every child can be a golfer. From those brand new to the game to more competitive players, all skill levels are invited to learn and play in this welcoming environment. Fun Teams Teamwork is the heart and soul of PGA Jr. League. Kids play on teams in a scramble format and wear numbered jerseys, supporting and learning from one another to develop skills that translate on and off the course. Expert Coaching PGA Jr. League experiences are led by expert PGA and LPGA Coaches. They’re committed to safety, care and organization, and ultimately helping children learn and enjoy a sport they can play for a lifetime. The PGA Junior League at Missing Links, is a high-energy, team-based program where juniors learn the game, compete, and grow their confidence on and off the course. Players should have a basic understanding of the game and be prepared for a more active, team-based golf experience. Whether your junior is beginning to compete or already has tournament experience, PGA Junior League at Missing Links is where players learn to love the game, elevate their skills, and gain real on-course confidence. This program creates an experience that builds skills, friendships, and a true love for the game. Join today and enjoy every step of the journey!Practice & Match Schedule will be released at a later date. Game days will be determined by course availability - typically weekday mornings before school, and Sunday evenings once school starts. Plan on 1 practice weekly & 1 Intrasquad Game Day each week. I want families to feel inclined to "DO LIFE" this Fall. Attend as many of the practices and game days as you can, but attendance is absolutely a family decision. I will be updating the schedule in the coming weeks. Coaches Steve Phil Plautz (PGA), Steve O'Brien & Tony Pritchard oversee multiple PGA Jr. League teams. Practices take place at Missing Links in Mequon.
