ROCHESTER, N.Y. — In less than three months, the international spotlight will shine on upstate New York and the 2019 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club, May 21-26. The PGA of America invites foodies to get creative in the kitchen with its consumer-cooking contest. View the Tastiest Recipe Contest hype video here.
Food lovers, amateur chefs and golf fans are invited to submit their favorite recipe, along with a photo of the delicious dish, for a chance to win: the opportunity to cook alongside a notable chef in a one-hour cooking demonstration in the KitchenAid Fairway Club during Championship week, two daily Clubhouse tickets to the 2019 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship and an iconic KitchenAid Artisan Series 5 Quart Tilt-Head Stand Mixer.
From March 4 to April 1, foodies are encouraged to get cooking and submit their favorite recipe and a corresponding photo here. Five finalists will be selected, and one winning culinary artist will be named based on the creativity of the recipe and photo provided. The winner will be announced on Facebook, Monday, April 8 by 5 p.m. EST.
