Get a Grip: Value of regripping your clubs cannot be overstated
The weather is perfect, the course is green and you're ready to go. But are your clubs?

Before you hit the range or tackle the course, be sure that you're giving yourself the best chance at success by making sure that your clubs are as prepared as you are. You need to check your lofts and lie angles, clean and sharpen your grooves and inspect your shafts for cracks. And, most important, check out the one area where you physically connect with the golf club: Your grips.

How to select the right golf grips
Selecting the right grips is a blend of art and science. The science is the newest technology that makes the grips more effective, longer lasting and providing better performance than ever before. The art is what looks best to your eye and feels most comfortable in your hands.

Advice from a PGA Professional
What piece of equipment do most golfers neglect? The answer, says PGA Professional Josh Nichols, is their grips. It's also about the easiest and most basic adjustment almost every golfer can make. And in fact, he says, most golfers would be shocked at the difference new grips would make for them.

IN THE MARKETPLACE
Golf Pride's Niion grips mix comfort, feel and plenty of style
Released at the 2013 PGA Merchandise Show, Golf Pride's Niion grips truly stand out, blending fluorescent colors with innovative new textures and patterns, which promise to "deliver unmatched feel and moisture channeling performance" and are sure to set golfers apart from the rest of their foursomes.

Lamkin adds colors to line of R.E.L. 3GEN grips
For 2013, Lamkin plans a significant expansion of the color options in its R.E.L. 3GEN grip line. The standard grip will get a neon pink option, while the midsize and oversize models will boast red, blue, orange, gray and electric blue options. These additions, Lamkin says, will give the company more color options than any other grip on the market.

Imagine if you could change your grips in seconds instead of hours. One company makes that a reality, and PGA Professional Hank Haney is a big believer in what Pure Grips is offering in this edition of "Game Changers."
