On course instruction and play, directed by PGA Associate Professional Mike Pevny. Designed to help beginner and intermediate golfers with on course playing situations, course management and reducing their scores. Each 2 hour session will consist of 9 holes of golf, with all instructon taking place on the golf course.

Our Fall Indoor Junior League begins on Thursday September 17th. This 8 week program will run from 6:00pm until 7:30pm on Thursday evenings, beginning September 17th and ending on November 5th. Junior League will feature weekly swing practice and simulator game play. Program goals are to be educational and fun! Recommended ages are 7-14 years old. Register now!

PGA Fall Opportunity League Stanley Golf Course 2026
Week 1: Welcome & Check-in Introduce staff to players & families Tour facility to players & go over expectations for program Address safety and fundamentals of golf Weeks 2-4: Introductory practice Station rotations: Full Swing, Chipping, Putting Full Swing on driving range with iron and driver practice Chipping in chipping area with wedges Putting green with putters and balls Each station will have games/competitions with prizes involved Break out players into groups after warm-up Rotations will occur every 20 minutes Week 5: Play-day Participants can practice & play on the course this day Focus on practicing skills before participating in scramble Scramble play for 2-3 holes Follow scramble with small celebration to end the year/season with awards and food
Town of Colonie Fall League
This program will take place at The Town of Colonie Golf Course on Sunday afternoons starting September 13th-October 18th, 6 weeks total. The 6 weeks will alternate between practice weeks and match weeks. The first week will be a practice from 3PM-4PM and the following week a match from 3PM- about 5PM or when 9 holes is finished. Matches will be played in a scramble format.
Men's Golf Mobility & Functional Fitness
Get ready to move better and swing better! Our new golf-focused Adult Mobility & Functional Fitness classes are designed to help you stay strong, steady, and pain-free! Classes are built for golfers of all ages - whether you’re maintaining mobility, boosting power, or improving consistency. The class will consist of a 45 minute mobility and functional fitness session followed by optional swing time to work on movements learned during that session. Clubs are not required, equipment is provided. We’ll Work On: ✔️ Body-Swing Connections ✔️ Improving Movement Limitations ✔️ Building Strength and Flexibility Which Lead To: ✔️ Smoother Rotation ✔️ Better Sequencing ✔️ Fewer Golf-Related Aches ✔️ Improved Overall Mobility and Everyday Movement This is a 4-week progressive program (sessions are once a week) and total cost is $100. You may attend individual sessions for $25 each if you are unable to attend all 4. Payment will be collected in person.
