PGA HOPE Raleigh - Fall

PGA HOPE is the flagship military program of the PGA of America. PGA HOPE is designed to introduce golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to support their social, emotional, and physical well being. Join PGA HOPE alongside your fellow Veterans and Servicemembers. PGA HOPE has served thousands of Veterans and Servicemembers across the United States through one of our 300+ locations. This introductory program is designed to welcome those of all ages, branches and eras of service, genders, and abilities to the golf course and share in camaraderie and fun together as a group. During this session you will learn the basics from grip to 9 holes of golf from PGA and LPGA Professionals. No golf equipment is required. If you do have clubs and/or any specialty equipment, please bring them with you. No prior golf experience necessary No VA disability rating required Veterans do not have to have combat or deployments in order to participate All expenses associated with PGA HOPE are covered Any questions? Ladies Golf Clinic

This instruction is in a group setting. It is for beginner or intermediate level and any age in a relaxed setting. Clubs are available if needed. The clinic is held Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:00 AM at the driving range. Topics covered are grip, set up, posture, alignmen, full swing, short game, chipping, putting, video analysis, club selection.

New To Golf

Perfect for first-time golfers. Learn the fundamentals in a relaxed, encouraging environment, including grip, stance, posture, full swing, chipping, pitching, putting, golf etiquette, and basic rules. Build confidence while having fun.

Private Instruction

Improve your game with one-on-one coaching tailored to your goals. Whether you’re a beginner learning the fundamentals or an experienced golfer looking to lower your scores, each lesson includes personalized instruction, video analysis (if desired), and a clear practice plan to help you improve faster.

Every golfer is different, so each lesson is built around your swing, your goals, and your current skill level. We'll work on the areas that will have the biggest impact on your game, whether that's full swing, short game, putting, or course management. Please arrive 5 mins early and meet at the pro shop. Range balls are provided.

Lesson location will be Ironwood Golf & CC unless otherwise confirmed prior to Lesson. Lesson will run approximately 1 hour. Rates = $75

Full Bag Assessment

A complete evaluation of your golf bag to identify anything that may be affecting your performance. During the assessment, I’ll inspect your clubs for damage, wear, improper specifications, inconsistent lofts/lies, shaft or grip issues, and distance gaps. I’ll also look for equipment that may no longer fit your swing or create unnecessary overlap in your set. We’ll identify repairs, adjustments, replacements, and potential club gaps and prioritize what will make the biggest difference to your game. The goal: make sure every club in your bag has a purpose and is working for you—not against you.

Driver and Fairway Metal fitting

Custom Club Fitting & Ordering with Zac Burill, PGA Professional This session is designed for golfers who are looking to purchase a new club customized to their individual swing and playing needs. During your appointment, I will evaluate your current club and check the specifications of the club being fit, including length, loft, lie, shaft, grip, and other relevant build specifications. We’ll use the fitting process and launch monitor data to determine the best configuration for your game. Once we have finalized your specifications, I will place the order for your custom-built club through the appropriate manufacturer.
