PGA HOPE Corpus Christi - Session 1

PGA HOPE is the flagship military program of the PGA of America. PGA HOPE is designed to introduce golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to support their social, emotional, and physical well being. Join PGA HOPE alongside your fellow Veterans and Servicemembers. PGA HOPE has served thousands of Veterans and Servicemembers across the United States through one of our 300+ locations. This introductory program is designed to welcome those of all ages, branches and eras of service, genders, and abilities to the golf course and share in camaraderie and fun together as a group. During this session you will learn the basics from grip to 9 holes of golf from PGA and LPGA Professionals. Please note that Veterans and Active-Duty Military members may not participate in multiple PGA HOPE Southern Texas sessions. Once an individual has graduated from a PGA HOPE Southern Texas program, they are no longer eligible to enroll in additional sessions Any graduate who attempts to enroll in another session will be automatically removed from the session roster. No golf equipment is required. If you do have clubs and/or any specialty equipment, please bring them with you. No prior golf experience necessary No VA disability rating required Veterans do not have to have combat or deployments in order to participate All expenses associated with PGA HOPE are covered Any questions? Virtual Swing Analysis

A 45 minute virtual swing analysis is a focused, one on one coaching session designed to give you clear, actionable feedback on your golf swing no matter where you are. During the session, you will submit swing videos down the line and face on, which will be reviewed in detail using OnForm video analysis. Videos should be filmed at least hand height or higher using a tripod, never from ground level, to ensure accurate angles and proper evaluation. We will break down key elements of your swing including setup, posture, alignment, sequencing, club path, and face control. With frame by frame playback, drawing tools, and side by side comparisons, you will gain a clear understanding of what is happening in your swing, why certain ball flights are showing up, and what needs to change to improve consistency. This is not just a diagnosis, it is a plan. You will walk away with personalized drills, feels, and checkpoints tailored specifically to your swing and skill level. The goal is to simplify your focus, eliminate guesswork, and give you a clear path to better, more repeatable ball striking.
