Lexmark Selected as Official Provider of Printing Technology for The PGA of America

Lexmark International, Inc. (NYSE: LXK), a leading global provider of printing and imaging products and solutions, has been named The Official Printing Technology Provider of The PGA of America. Over a three-year period, Lexmark will serve as the exclusive provider of printers and multifunction products (MFPs), associated solutions, and supplies to The PGA of America and PGA Professionals. As part of the agreement, Lexmark will showcase its most current technology and work closely with The PGA of America to optimize the printing environments at their Major Championships, including the Senior PGA Championship, PGA Championship and the 2012 Ryder Cup, enabling greater productivity and efficiency by streamlining and digitizing paper-intensive processes. Lexmark will also serve as the exclusive supplier of printing technology at The PGA of America headquarters and 41 PGA Section offices across the U.S. "The PGA of America welcomes Lexmark, which brings a commitment to providing quality products and services to our men and women professionals," said PGA of America President Jim Remy. "Just as our premier spectator championships showcase the finest players in the world, Lexmark will leave its imprint by streamlining our printing environments and managing our on-site operations with innovative, industry-leading products and solutions." Additionally, "Lexmark Retail Solutions for Golf," a Web-based solution that utilizes a cloud printing architecture, will be available to more than 10,000 PGA Professional-staffed facilities throughout the country to more effectively manage their day-to-day operations and develop more effective marketing collateral. This innovative Lexmark solution, which can be applied in numerous retail environments, offers on-demand access to a range of signs and labels without the need to maintain a costly IT infrastructure. A customized Lexmark/PGA Program will also be established to give PGA Professionals, PGA-staffed facilities and PGA Section offices nationwide the ability to purchase Lexmark output devices and supplies.
