Inaugural ImpactZone junior expo in Southwest Florida big success

NAPLES, Fla. – Impact Zone Golf's first free junior golf expo was a hit last Saturday at Tiburon Golf Club.

More than 200 came to the expo to participate in clinics, hear from Impact Zone founder Bobby Clampett and his staff, and PGA Tour player Dudley Hart. There also was a trick-shot clinic.

"I'm excited to be able to give back to the community by supporting an organization that is near and dear to my heart," said Clampett, a PGA Master Professional who was also a three-time All-American and two-time Haskins Award winner as the most outstanding collegiate golfer of the year while at BYU. "I truly believe this is the greatest game on earth, and I'm thrilled to share my passion with kids of all ages at this event."

Sponsorship donations exceeded $6,000, with proceeds going straight to The First Tee Naples/Collier, accompanied by three Junior Academy Membership scholarships donated by Impact Zone Golf.

Top golf manufacturers were all present, demonstrating the latest in golf merchandise and technology.

All levels of junior golfers – from advanced to those who may have never picked up a club – were part of the day.

Several juniors from The First Tee Naples/Collier, along with Executive Director Cindy Darland, volunteered at the event.
