Jordan Spieth celebrates Open win with Randy Rogers and Wade Bowen

With the Claret Jug in hand, Jordan Spieth gave a whole new meaning to the phrase, "Hold my beer" Tuesday, when he visited Dallas' House of Blues for a Wade Bowen and Randy Rogers concert.

What else should we have expected from a Texas boy with a new major championship trophy to show off? When invited up on stage, Rogers, Bowen and Spieth did what any country music fans would have, given the chance, especially on a tour named "Hold My Beer & Watch" : they took turns drinking beer from the most historic trophy in golf.

Spieth was fresh off Sunday's improbable four-hole turnaround to win The Open Championship at Royal Birkdale Golf Club in Southport, England, and had a lot to celebrate, with his 24th birthday just two days away as well. He looked every bit as much the part in blue jeans and boots, as he does in head-to-toe Under Armour on the golf course.

The packed house at the House of Blues roared with applause at the unique homecoming. Spieth graduated from Dallas' Jesuit Prep in 2011 and played one year at the University of Texas before turning professional.

The win at The Open Sunday was Spieth's third, putting him one PGA Championship win away from the elusive career Grand Slam.
