With her LPGA Tour season in her rear-view mirror, Michelle Wie has made her way back to Hawaiii for some much-deserved R&R. Her most recently vacation activity, however, didn't provide much in the way of either rest or relaxation.
 
Why not? Well, because she went swimming with the sharks.
 
Yes, Wiesy knocked a big item off her Bucket List, she explained on Instagram, by going shark diving with a group called Ocean One Diving. 
 
 
Huge thanks to our diving guides for teaching us the 'alpha shark rules' and calming our nerves," she wrote. "We were so scared but once we were in the the water swimming around with around 30 sharks, it felt so peaceful and calm."
 
One thing we have learned about Wie over the years is that the fearlessness she showed on the golf course as a pre-teen a decade ago is still very much a part of her personality. I mean, not only does she swim with the sharks, she also eats chicken feet and live squid. Now that takes some guts!
