Millennium Falcon spaceship from Star Wars spotted near golf course in England

Hey, Star Wars fans -- you won't believe this one.

According to the Daily Mail, diehard Star Wars fans recently spotted the Millennium Falcon on Google Earth in Surrey, England, at a movie studio right next to Barrow Hills Golf Club.

As it turns out, parts of the upcoming "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" was being filmed at Longcross Studios in Surrey and that's where the Falcon is being stored.

The Falcon couldn't be seen from the course, as it was hidden by storage containers and a tarp, but it wasn't hidden enough for fans to miss it on Google Earth.

From the Daily Mail:

The Falcon has appeared in the trailer for the eighth installment in thefalcon1 Star Wars saga, with Luke Skywalker seen going back aboard for the first time since Return of the Jedi.

It was last seen being landed on a mysterious planet by heroine Rey and Chewbacca while searching for the missing Skywalker.

Imagine -- it's quite possible that you could hit a shot so bad at Barrow Hills that it lands on the Falcon and ends up another galaxy.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be in theaters on December 15.
