Under Armour and Genesis Networks return as presenting sponsors of Junior PGA Championship

 
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – The PGA of America has announced that Under Armour, Inc. (NYSE: UA) and Genesis Networks will return as presenting sponsors of the Junior PGA Championship and the 41 Section Junior PGA Championships conducted nationwide.
 
The 40th Junior PGA Championship is set for Aug. 3-6, 2015, at Miramont Country Club in Bryan, Texas, which also hosted the 39th Junior PGA Championship last summer. The facility, which opened in 2005, becomes the first facility in Texas to host the Junior PGA Championship.
 
The Championship, which attracts the finest junior golfers from across the country each year, features an elite list of past participants including: Inbee Park, Alexis Thompson and Michelle Wie in the girls’ division and Phil Mickelson, Jordan Spieth and Tiger Woods in the boys’ division.
 
Under Armour, the Baltimore, Md.-based global performance brand best known for its innovative sports apparel, footwear and accessories, has been a presenting sponsor of the Junior PGA Championship since 2010. The company, which sponsors some of the PGA-elite including Jordan Spieth, Hunter Mahan, and Gary Woodland, has an elevated performance golf collection with state-of-the-art technology to help athletes perform their best.

Genesis Networks, with headquarters in San Antonio, Texas, is a provider of Cloud, Network Security, Data, Voice and Managed Services. Genesis provides solutions to the Enterprise and Telecommunications industry, was the supporting sponsor of the PGA Junior Series in 2012 and 2013.
