Tim Cusick became the Head Coach of the PGA of America Coaching Center powered by T-Mobile at PGA Frisco in Frisco, Texas in March 2023. He oversees and develops, breeds and fosters the coaching philosophy, as well as provides a high tech, data driven experience for its customers. The Coaching Center offers industry leading experiences among three categories for Player Engagement: Coaching, Club Fitting and Golf Fitness. Prior to overseeing the PGA of America Coaching Center, Tim was a member of the PGA Education Faculty. He was primarily responsible for the Teaching/Coaching training, Career Track for PGA Associates and PGM University Students. Tim served in this role from September of 2020 till March 2023. Tim has over 35 years of Coaching Golf in the Dallas Metroplex. He arrived in 1992 at the Hank Haney Golf Ranch in McKinney, Texas where he was Hank’s Director of Instruction. A position that he held until 2005. Along the way he also served as the Assistant Men’s Golf Coach for Southern Methodist University from 1993 – 1997. In 2005 Tim became the Director of Instruction at the award winning Four Seasons Golf and Resort in Las Colinas, Texas where he oversaw the Byron Nelson and Four Seasons Golf School. A position he held for 15 years until he joined the PGA of America’s Education Faculty. In 2014 Tim became a Quarter Century Member of the PGA of America. He achieved the status as PGA Master Professional in Teaching/Coaching in 2018, the highest accomplishment a PGA Professional can attain. Golf Magazine has recognized Tim as one of America’s Top 100 Instructors since 2019. He is a three-time winner of the Northern Texas PGA’s Teacher of the Year (2005, 2009 and 2015) as well as two-time winner of the NTPGA’s Professional Development Award (2014 and 2018). Tim has served as the NTPGA’s Awards Committee Chairman from 2021-2025, as well as the Staff Liaison to the National PGA Teaching/Coaching Committee from 2020-2025. He is a published author, releasing his first golf instruction book, “The Four Keys to Improve your Game” in 2015.

Ryan Hitt, PGA is the PGA Coaching Center Lead Coach for Junior Golf Programming at PGA Frisco. This global hub and laboratory is designed to develop and foster the PGA of America coaching philosophy and combine coaching, club fitting, and fitness elements to create a unique experience that serves beginner golfers to elite players of all ages and backgrounds. At the PGA of America Coaching Center, Hitt is dedicated to developing programs that inspire the next generation of golfers while creating a clear pathway towards measurable improvement and long-term success. With a deep understanding of the demands of tournament play, Hitt’s coaching goes beyond technique—focusing on performance under pressure, strategic course management, and the mental game. Every student begins with a comprehensive assessment where Hitt collaborates with the player to set clear, personalized goals and build a strategic development plan. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, he tracks performance data and progress over time, ensuring each session is intentional and aligned with the athlete’s objectives. Hitt has given more than 12,000 hours of instruction between his eight years at Trophy Club Country Club—where he spent his final three years as Director of Player Development—and his current role at the PGA Coaching Center at PGA Frisco. His students have achieved over 300 tournament victories, claimed multiple state championships, and earned 16 collegiate scholarships. A Class A PGA Professional since 2018, Hitt has a passion for junior golf. He has served on the Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Committee, devoted to improving the junior golf experience in the Northern Texas PGA Section. He was named a National Top 50 Coach by Operation 36 and was a finalist for the Randy Smith Youth Player Development Award in 2022. Hitt played collegiate golf for Arkansas Tech University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Management. He achieved several scoring records and was a member of the Gulf South All-Conference Team. He also qualified for the U.S. Amateur Championship in 2007. He resides in Celina, Texas, and enjoys spending time with his wife Rachel, and their children, Judah and Riley. Whether you're chasing your next tournament win, preparing for high school, college, or professional golf—or just looking to improve your game—Ryan provides the tools, insight, and support to elevate your performance. His holistic approach builds confident, resilient athletes—on and off the course.

Ethan McCallister, PGA, a Class A PGA of America Golf Professional, graduated in May 2025 from Florida Gulf Coast University’s PGA Golf Management University Program. McCallister, who previously worked at the PGA of America Coaching Center powered by T-Mobile, was an instructor at the Junior Golf Performance Academy in Naples, Florida where he led both private and group instruction for junior golfers. He also assisted with the execution of more than a dozen Junior PGA tournaments where several of his own students competed at the Sean Foley Performance Academy. In his time at the Junior Golf Performance Academy, as well as the Sean Foley Performance Academy, McCallister has led more than 300 instructional sessions (in both group and private settings) using cutting-edge technology, including Trackman, Swing Catalyst and PuttView. When he’s not coaching, McCallister volunteers at different golf events around the world, including a March 2023 position at The Players in which he volunteered at the golf shop and assisted with other tournament operations. He also volunteers with the Caribbean Amateur Junior Golf Championship in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands where he served as a greeter for players and caddies, assisted junior players carry their clubs and helped the on-site team set-up sponsor flags, tents and trophy presentations.

Pablo del Olmo, PGA is the PGA Coaching Center Lead Coach for Adult Group Programming at PGA Frisco. This global hub and laboratory is designed to develop and foster the PGA coaching philosophy and combine coaching, club fitting and fitness elements to create a unique experience that serves beginner golfers to elite players of all ages and backgrounds. del Olmo served as a PGA Instructor at The Woodlands Country Club for 12 years in The Woodlands, Texas, with special emphasis on short game and swing analysis. He applied his expertise as a PGA Professional to golfers of all abilities, ranging from elite athletes to beginners, along with promoting and developing new golf training programs. Having transitioned from an elite player to a passionate coach, Pablo understands the game's nuances and is committed to guiding his students. del Olmo coaches players of all levels including members of the PGA Tour, Korn Ferry Tour and Latin-American Tour. Notable students include PGA Tour Member Bronson Burgoon and Vishnu Sagadopan, who represented the U.S. and Texas A\&M at the Junior Presidents Cup. Between 1999 and 2006, Olmo competed on the Asian PGA, European, Canadian and Mexican Golf Tours. He represented Mexico in three World Cups (2002, ‘04, ‘05) and is a former National Golf Coach for the Mexican Golf Federation. He played collegiate golf for Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, on a golf scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Technical Sales and Service Technology.

Crystal Wang, a PGA of America Associate, comes from a highly-accomplished competitive golfing background, including several wins on the international stage. Today, she finds joy in teaching the next generation of golfers at the PGA of America Coaching Center powered by T-Mobile. She is currently pursuing her PGA of America Membership. As a coach, Wang will provide expert instruction through private lessons, group programming and support corporate clinics. This global hub and laboratory is designed to develop and foster the PGA of America coaching philosophy and combine coaching, club fitting and fitness elements to create a unique experience that serves beginner golfers to elite players of all ages and backgrounds. Growing up in Los Angeles, Wang attended University City High School and was a four-year member of the school’s varsity golf team and played in the 2015 NCAA National Championship. Wang, who achieved a Junior World Ranking at the age of 6, maintained a Top 65 ranking among the world’s top amateur players through high school. She competed on the Future Collegians World Tour, as well as with the Future College Golf Association and Junior Amateur Golf Scholars, winning six tournaments, including the Australia US Team Junior Invitational, the Taiwan Acer Junior Invitational and the Coronado City Women’s Golf Amateur. In 2013, she finished in fifth at the Kia Classic LPGA Qualifying. Prior to moving to Frisco, Wang was a golf instructor for GOLFTEC in Houston Heights. Wang graduated from the Academy of Art with an Interior Architecture degree.
