PGA Junior League at Missing Links, led by PGA Professional Phil Plautz is a high-energy, team-based program where juniors learn the game, compete, and grow their confidence on and off the course. This is where players don’t just practice—they play. Juniors are placed on teams, wear jerseys, and compete. What's Included? Welcoming Environment PGA Jr. League believes that every child can be a golfer. From those brand new to the game to more competitive players, all skill levels are invited to learn and play in this welcoming environment. Fun Teams Teamwork is the heart and soul of PGA Jr. League. Kids play on teams in a scramble format and wear numbered jerseys, supporting and learning from one another to develop skills that translate on and off the course. Expert Coaching PGA Jr. League experiences are led by expert PGA and LPGA Coaches. They’re committed to safety, care and organization, and ultimately helping children learn and enjoy a sport they can play for a lifetime. Players should have a basic understanding of the game and be prepared for a more active, team-based golf experience. Whether your junior is beginning to compete or already has tournament experience, PGA Junior League at Missing Links is where players learn to love the game, elevate their skills, and gain real on-course confidence. This program creates an experience that builds skills, friendships, and a true love for the game. Game days will be determined by course availability - typically weekday mornings before school, and Sunday evenings once school starts. Plan on 1 practice weekly & 1 Intrasquad Game Day each week. I want families to feel inclined to "DO LIFE" this Fall. Attend as many of the practices and game days as you can, but attendance is absolutely a family decision. Non-Member 1 Hour Private Golf Lesson

This is a 1 hour private golf lesson open to non-members of Chenequa Country Club. These lessons are held at the Junior Cup facility during the day on weekdays only. Adults are considered those that are out of high school.

Junior (5-17 yrs old) - 55 minutes

This lesson is 55 minutes and tailored to: Fundamentals (Grip, Aim, Posture) Swing Motion (V1 Video Swing Analysis) - Optional Drills Practice Exercises

Junior Coaching Packages with Gunnar - (17 & under)

What are you trying to accomplish and why? How much work are you willing to put in to accomplish this goal? Sessions are held at Pure Fitness in the Fall, Winter and Spring and switch to Hidden Glen in the summer months. All sessions utilize the ForeSight GC Quad Simulator, video and other teaching aids.

Jr Coaching Session

This is a 50 minute lesson for anyone age 17 or younger.

Jr/Adult 3 People Short Game Lesson

Small group lessons make for learning more fun with friends or family members. Whether the level of players, this one hour session will provide you the swing drills and practice exercises necessary to improve your game.Pick your short game topic of interest from putting, chipping or pitching. Cost: $60 per person.

Jr 4 Pak| Age 12-17

For the student who is looking to improve any area of their game to prepare themself for highschool or college competition. Suggested age: 12-17. Video analysis available and swing drills to help correct the proper motion for improvement will be applied. Lessons may be taken indoors using a simulator fee, or outdoors. NOTE: Simulator fee is not included with this lesson package.

Jr Short Game| Age 12-17

This lesson will cover any area of the short game from putting, chipping, pitching and sand with specific focus on the area of the game that needs most improvement.

Private Instruction - Junior lesson

Each lesson is customized to the needs of the golfer. The first lesson will always begin with a swing evaluation and a discussion about the goals of the golfer. From there we will work on full swing and the short game.
