The Road to Par™ Program The 25-Yard Challenge Objective: Learn to score from 25 yards and earn the right to advance to the 50-Yard Challenge. Overview The 25-Yard Challenge is the first step in the EZGolf Road to Par™ system. Over three instructional sessions, you’ll develop the skills needed to score from 25 yards before putting them to the test during a 9-hole on-course challenge. What You’ll Learn Week 1 – Fundamentals Chipping and pitching setup Solid contact Landing spot selection Putting fundamentals Distance control Week 2 – Build Consistency Controlling trajectory Reading lies Green reading Speed control Up-and-down practice games Week 3 – Prepare to Perform Pressure drills Shot selection Short-game strategy Practice rounds Challenge preparation Challenge Day Students will play a 9-hole Road to Par™ Challenge on the golf course.On each hole: Begin with your ball 25 yards from the edge of the green. Play the hole until it is holed. Your goal is to complete every hole in par or better. At the end of 9 holes, your total score is compared to the total par for those nine holes. Conquer the Challenge Shoot even par or better over the 9-hole challenge to conquer the 25-Yard Challenge and earn your place in the 50-Yard Challenge.If you don’t conquer the challenge the first time, you’ll continue building your skills and try again.
