North San Diego County Fall Season (All ages registration)
North San Diego County PGA Jr. League has been awarded the #GameChanger award 5 of the last 6 years in the Southern California PGA Section and in the top 50 largest program in the country out of 5415 programs. We are an in-house league based out of the Vineyard GC in Escondido, but we play at multiple golf courses in north San Diego county. Such as Twin Oaks, Native Oaks, Oaks North, Links at Lakehouse, Exec at Lakehouse, Reidy Creek, Welk Resort, and Vineyard golf course. PGA Jr. League is a youth golf program designed for a more social and team oriented tournament program. Our league encourages teamwork and sportsmanship while helping participants develop golf skills through local teams and coaches. Each season, players are paired with different teammates each week to compete in a structured, yet relaxed, league format that includes team practices and matches. The format is designed to be accessible for golfers of all skill levels, with players often competing in a scramble format rather than individual stroke play. This makes the game more enjoyable and less intimidating for beginners, while still offering challenges and skill-building opportunities for the more skilled players. All players will be competing against other players with similar age and skill level. Our PGA Jr. League is supported by professional coaches, who provide guidance and ensure a safe, positive environment for kids to learn and grow in the sport. Our competitions are on Saturdays and Sundays, with a start time of around 3:30pm. Each player only plays on one of the weekend days, chosen by the player/parent.
