Martin Flores entered this week's Wyndham Championship with one last chance to sneak into the PGA Tour's Playoffs for the FedExCup, which begin next week in New York.

The top 125 in the FedExCup standings qualify for the first event of the playoffs. Flores went into Wyndham sitting at 139.

He needed to make a big move on Sunday and that's precisely what he did in the Greensboro, N.C. event, where he hit what might just be the shot of his life to this point of his career at the 171-yard, par-3 16th.

That's where Flores made a hole-in-one with his 8-iron and then went bananas.

Via the PGA Tour's live projected FedExCup standings, that ace moved Flores to No. 123 in the standings.

Flores would finish with a timely 7-under 63 that had him in a tie for seventh when his round ended and -- when the round was finished -- he was projected to be No. 120 in the FedExCup standings.

Keep in mind, every player in the 125 that qualifies for the FedExCup retains PGA Tour playing privileges for the following season. What a time for a hole in one.
