HSBC-sponsored golf tournaments provide some hilarious pre-event photo opportunities.
In the past, we've seen players with swords, players dangling in the air from cables, players wearing traditional garb from the country where the tournament is being played, players beating drums and more.
Well, add "camel rides" to the list.
Here's video of 2016 Open Champion Henrik Stenson at the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship on Tuesday, getting a camel ride:
Interestingly, it was Stenson himself who was less than pleased with a photo-op at the HSBC Champions event in China last November.
It was there that Stenson hinted he may have suffered a rib injury caused by the cables he was dangling from in a promotional shoot.
"I am not Superman given certain people thought I was Superman," Stenson said at the time. "If you saw the promotion in Shanghai, you know what I mean."
A week later, Stenson backed off the comments in an Instagram post:
On Tuesday, it would seem, "The Iceman," just couldn't say "no" to the camel ride.
But, come on. How often do you get to ride a camel on a plush fairway?
