PING to Showcase Latest Products at 2011 PGA Merchandise Show

PING will showcase its newest products and fitting tools during the 2011 PGA Merchandise Show, Jan. 27-29, in Orlando, Fla. PING is returning to the global industry's 58th annual gathering to provide some 40,000 attending PGA Professionals, retailers and industry leaders with exclusive product previews, demonstrations and merchandising programs at Outdoor Demo Day, Indoor Demo Days, on the Show floor and as a sponsor of the PGA Magazine Merchandisers of the Year Conference. "We look forward to supporting The PGA of America and its membership by playing an active role in the PGA Merchandise Show," said John A. Solheim, PING Chairman and CEO. "PGA members are very important in sharing our story on how we approach helping golfers play better and enjoy the game more. The show is a great opportunity to demonstrate our newest clubfitting technology and introduce the attendees to PING's newest products. This gathering allows us to work with our custom fitters and meet with industry leaders as we get the 2011 golf season off to a great start." During Outdoor Demo Day, scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 26, at Orange County National Golf Center & Lodge in Orlando, PING will showcase its new K15 Series, Faith Women's Series, S56 irons, Anser irons and the Scottsdale and Karsten 1959 putter families. PING fitting specialists will be on hand to share their latest best practices to support retail efforts in 2011. From Thursday, Jan. 27 to Saturday, Jan. 29, PING will exhibit on the Show floor, sponsor the PGA Best Practices Clubfitting Area and participate in the Indoor Demo Days at the Orange County Convention Center. All Show attendees will be able to receive hands-on best practices information from the recognized leader in clubfitting and test the latest PING products at both the indoor golf range and short games areas. Additionally, PING will return as the exclusive golf equipment company sponsoring the 4th Annual PGA Magazine Merchandisers of the Year Conference, Jan. 23-25, at the Reunion Resort in Orlando. The conference will bring together attending 2010 PGA Merchandisers of the Year selected by The PGA of America's 41 nationwide Sections. They will be joined in the unique forum by other merchandising experts. "PING's strong participation during the 58th PGA Merchandise Show week-long schedule of events is a tremendous opportunity for our members to learn more about PING's newest, innovative products and club fitting tools," said PGA of America President Allen Wronowski.
