Tyrrell Hatton hasn't had the best of luck lately.
He's missed three consecutive cuts on the European Tour. But, perhaps, a little bit of luck rubbed off on him during his two rounds at last week's Irish Open.
The 25-year-old Englishman hit the links Monday with some buddies, and something amazing happened.
Don't think il ever do this again....— Tyrrell Hatton (@TyrrellHatton) July 10, 2017
Holed a 4 iron, first ever albatross, next hole par 3, holed my 8 iron.
Back to back hole outs
Hatton holed out on his first ever albatross, and on the very next hole, he sunk a hole-in-one on a par three.
The odds of that happening are about the same as seeing a real leprechaun.
Let's hope the luck of the Irish stays with him on his next Tour start.
