With a strong commitment to fostering a welcoming and engaging environment, Fergus excels in building relationships with members and staff alike. He actively directs tournaments and teaches clinics, emphasizing skill development for both juniors and adults. His experience spans several clubs, including Plymouth Country Club and Blue Hill Country Club, where he has taught hundreds of private lessons and conducted numerous junior golf camps.
