Golf has been a lifelong passion of mine, and for over 25 years I have dedicated my career to developing junior golfers who want more than just lessons—they want to compete, improve, and reach their full potential.

I began coaching junior players in 1999, and since then I have worked with hundreds of competitive juniors, many of whom started with little to no experience. Through a structured, long-term development approach, my players have gone on to win hundreds of junior tournaments, earn college golf scholarships, and compete on tours such as the AJGA, IJGA, MAJGT, Hurricane Junior Tour, and at the professional and international levels.

My coaching philosophy is built on a clear understanding of proper movement patterns, repeatable mechanics, and how to train effectively under pressure. While sound full-swing fundamentals are essential, I place a heavy emphasis on the scoring game—putting, chipping, pitching, course management, and the mental side of golf—because that’s where tournaments are truly won.

I believe in using technology with purpose. At Players Elite Golf Academy, athletes train using the same tools trusted by the best players in the world, including TrackMan, BodiTrak, SAM PuttLab, WellPutt Platform, V1 video analysis, and 3D motion training. These tools allow us to measure progress, eliminate guesswork, and create efficient, personalized development plans.

I am honored to have been named the 2023 Illinois PGA Teacher of the Year, but my greatest reward is seeing young players grow—not only as golfers, but as confident competitors prepared for the next level.
