Blake Childers joined the Quail Hollow Club Professional Staff in 2020 after spending over two seasons as an Assistant Professional at Hound Ears Club. Before that, he graduated from Lenoir-Rhyne University where he played golf at the collegiate level. From 2023 to 2025, Blake served as the Head Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach at Queens University of Charlotte, leading the program at the Division I level while continuing to support Quail in a part-time role. In July 2025, he returned to Quail Hollow full-time as a member of the Professional staff. Blake specializes in full swing and short game instruction, professional club fittings, and course management/strategy. His coaching approach focuses on helping players of all skill levels refine their technique, optimize their equipment, and elevate their on-course decision-making to play with greater confidence and consistency.
