Darren brings his enthusiasm, passion of the game, and personal playing success to his teaching style. After only playing one year of high school golf, he attended Saginaw Valley State University and upon graduation, was a multiple time Player of the Year, 1st Team all Conference, 1st Team All Region, 2 year captain of the team, and set the single season scoring record in his senior season. Upon graduation he played professionally in Arizona, and Florida for numerous years before joining the PGA of America where he continues to play professionally while also serving as the Director of Instruction at Warwick Hills Golf & CC. Darren finished top 10 in the Michigan PGA Player of the Year standings in 2021 and won the Eastern Chapter Championship in 2022. Darren brings a level of personal golfing success, in a very short amount of time, to his teaching philosophies. Golf doesn't need to be a game where improvement can't happen in a short amount of time. But it requires a plan and a blueprint to accelerating the improvement process.
