Dr. David Wurzer is a PGA Master Professional and Certified Golf Coach at Golf Performance (G P) Lab. He is an Assistant Women’s and Men’s Golf Coach at Pomona-Pitzer Colleges. David is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) G 3, JR 3, GM 2; K-Vest Certified, Level 1; BodiTrak Certified, Golf Ground Mechanics; Blast Putt Certified, Level 1; Opti Certified Professional; GolfPsych Mental Game Instructor, and US Kids Certified Junior Instructor. Some of the technology used for instruction include Swing Catalyst and V1 High Speed Video, GC Quad Launch Monitor and Simulator, K-Vest 3D, BodiTrak Pressure Mat, Blast Motion Swing Analyzer, and Opti Brain Performance Optimizer. David has provided instructional segments to USA Today, The Golf Channel, National University Golf Academy, YouTube, and the Southern California Golf Show. David is an exceptional student and coach of the great game of golf.

Dr. Wurzer has earned a B.S and M.A. from Northern Michigan University, has earned a Ph.D. from the University of Utah, and completed Post Doctoral Study at The Ohio State University. He is Professor Emeritus, Department of Kinesiology, California State University, Long Beach. Previously he was an Associate Dean at National University Golf Academy and a Core Adjunct Faculty at National University. Education credentials include Community College Instructor, Community College Supervisor, and CSU, Los Angeles Applied Behavior Analysis Certificate. His specialties include sport pedagogy (science and art of coaching), sport psychology (mental training), and golf educator.
