My history in golf includes an extensive playing career, leader of the golf operations at three of Arizona’s finest clubs and teaching the game for over 30 years. Vast experience in every aspect of golf provides me with a unique perspective to offer valuable insight into the many different facets of this wonderful game. Omni Tucson National Golf Resort & Spa

Experience two distinctly different 18-hole championship courses on more than 260 acres in the foothills of the dramatic Santa Catalina Mountains. Historic host of countless PGA Tour and NCAA events, the Catalina Course has long provided a fair test of golf to players of every caliber. Beginning in 1965, when nationally televised images of players like Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, and Lee Trevino walked onto the lush green fairways in the middle of winter, Tucson, Arizona was confirmed as a prime golf destination. Today, the Catalina Course remains host to the Cologuard Classic – A PGA Tour Champions Event. In addition to the original Catalina Course designed by Robert von Hagge & Bruce Devlin, the Club at Tucson National proudly opened the all-new Tom Lehman-designed desert style Sonoran Course in 2005. The strategic tree-lined bunkering amid gentle contours and pristine vegetation native to the Sonoran Desert presents remarkable views and a true test of golf.
