Marcus is a certified teaching professional and Director of Instruction at Four Streams in Darnestown, Maryland
A life-long learner, his knowledge in coaching effectiveness, swing mechanics, and practice training has proven successful. Marcus has improved the games of over 1,500 individuals who have relied on his knowhow, and straight-forward honest approach.
His area of expertise is in helping golfers develop their abilities as quickly as possible through helping them practice correctly and efficiently. He is skilled at designing and implementing programs that develop the athlete with targeted goals.
Known for his precise swing diagnostics, and his dedication to meeting students’ goals, he has a loyal following of students of all skill levels. Marcus enjoys taking the single digit handicapper down to scratch as well as guiding the beginner through their first experiences on the course and growing the game.

Four Streams is a private golf club dedicated to providing the Club's members with superior service. At Four Streams, history, tradition and excellence come together on a 300-acre parcel located in the Agricultural Reserve in Montgomery County, Maryland. The Club's goal is to provide members with an uncrowded and unhurried golf experience on an 18-hole course designed by Nick Price and Steve Smyers. Four Streams is ranked as one of the top 10 courses in Maryland by Golf Digest and one of the “World’s Top 1,000 Golf Courses” by Rolex. In addition, the course has been awarded a Top Golf Architecture Award for Outstanding Design in Maryland. The Club’s superior service continues off the golf course in The Grill Room and The Reserve, the fine dining venue. Led by an award-winning executive chef, the Clubhouse is a preferred gathering spot for every occasion. Space is also available to members for private parties and corporate functions.
