Nick Cuca, PGA
Director of Instruction
Nick Cuca is an Award Winning PGA Professional who is focused on the future of the game and is passionate about developing golfers. In 2017, Nick was named the Illinois PGA Assistant Professional of the Year, and has twice been named an Honorable Mention Top 50 Kids Teacher by U.S. Kids Golf.
Over the course of his career, Nick has dedicated himself to continually learning about the golf swing, biomechanics, motor learning, and coaching. He has been fortunate enough to hone his craft while teaching thousands of golf lessons at two of the most prestigious clubs in the Chicago area, Exmoor Country Club and Indian Hill Club. His expertise on coaching golf has been featured on 670 The Score and in the Daily Herald.
Nick holds a BA in Economics from Illinois Wesleyan University, where he was a member of the men’s golf team that qualified for two Division III National Championships. He is Titleist Performance Institute Certified and Trackman Level 2 Certified, and a recent recipient of a certification in the Biomechanics of Golf from Penn State University.
Outside of teaching the game of golf, Nick previously served as a member of the Illinois PGA Board of Directors.

SMART Golf & Fitness Instruction - Lincoln Park
Chicago IL
Located in the heart of the Lincoln Park neighborhood, SMART Golf & Fitness Instruction - Lincoln Park is a11,000 square-foot indoor golf and fitness facility features seven Trackman-equipped hitting bays, a 1,000 square-foot putting and chipping green, and a state-of-the-art gym facility. For the comfort and convenience of our members, we also offer men’s and women’s locker rooms, an infrared sauna, and a member’s lounge that is perfect for relaxing after a workout, entertaining clients, or hosting events. Each of the seven simulator hitting bays is equipped with Trackman radar and state-of-the-art high speed cameras. Members receive immediate and accurate feedback both during a lesson and while practicing on their own. Our Lincoln Park clubhouse also features a world class gym, where members can receive personal training from our team of fitness professionals, who specialize in the golf swing and functional movement.
