Sarah has been playing golf for 15 years and played competitively for 7 years. She played on her middle and high school golf teams and continued to play Division 1 Golf at The University of Alabama. In high school and college, She gained valuable experience in golf instruction by assisting her swing coach, Randy Sparks, at Purestrike Golf Academy. Randy praised her patient and graceful demeanor, inspiring young golfers. After the pandemic, she traveled around the country before starting her career in the golf industry.

Sarah started working as outside services at Indian Bayou Golf Club in Destin, Florida and then decided to pursue the career of a golf professional and instructor. She moved up to Winston-Salem in August of 2023 and started her current position of Senior Assistant Golf Professional at Greensboro National Golf Club in Summerfield, North Carolina. In her time at GNGC, she has taught private lessons, assisted Rick Murphy Golf with junior clinics, and led several beginner and intermediate ladies clinics. Leveraging her marketing, hospitality, and deep golf knowledge, Sarah aims to broaden the game’s appeal, particularly among beginners. Believing golf is inclusive and enjoyable for everyone, she’s eager to share the fun and excitement of the sport.
