For Susan, golf is more than a game — it’s a lifelong passion and a way to connect with people. She began teaching in her hometown of Cincinnati in 1999 and has been part of the Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club family since 2004, where she now serves as Director of Instruction from October through April. When summer arrives, she heads north to Dorset Field Club in beautiful Vermont, where she teaches from May through September.

Susan is a proud member of both the PGA of America and the LPGA Teaching & Club Professionals. Her students love her clear, down-to-earth teaching style and her ability to make the game understandable — and fun — for players of all skill levels. She combines modern technology like video analysis and FlightScope launch data with easy-to-grasp concepts that help golfers improve quickly and confidently.

A former competitor on the Futures Tour, Susan also captured three straight titles in the LPGA T&CP National Challenge Division (2014–2016). She continues to play and compete in LPGA and PGA events whenever she can.

Susan earned her degree in Exercise Studies from Lander University in South Carolina. Away from the course, you’ll find her out on the water with a fishing rod, paddling her kayak, or exploring the trails of Vermont’s Green Mountains.
