Tyler Piekarski, PGA is a Class “A” PGA Member and Head Golf Professional at Button Hole Short Course & Teaching Center in Providence, Rhode Island. A product of Button Hole himself, Tyler grew up immersed in the game at one of New England’s premier teaching facilities and brings a lifelong connection to player development at every level.

A standout multi-sport athlete, Tyler was a First Team All-Division golfer and ice hockey player in high school before competing in NCAA Ice Hockey at Johnson & Wales University. During his collegiate career, he developed a deep interest in the golf swing and player development, leading him to pursue the PGA of America Professional Golf Management Program following graduation in 2021. While completing the program, Tyler also played professional ice hockey in the Federal Prospects Hockey League (FPHL), an experience that sharpened his competitive mindset and coaching approach.

After two seasons of professional hockey and serving as Assistant Golf Professional at Montaup Country Club, Tyler returned to Button Hole in 2023 as Head Golf Professional. He now leads golf operations while coaching players of all ages and abilities, from beginners to competitive juniors and adults. Tyler remains an active competitive golfer in the New England PGA Section, allowing him to bring modern, performance-based insight directly to his instruction.

Button Hole offers a comprehensive, year-round instructional experience, including private lessons, semi-private and small group lessons, on-course instruction, and junior programming. Lessons are available year-round using TrackMan technology, both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting), providing golfers with tour-level data, video analysis, and customized development plans.
