Women's Bunker Class 9 AM
Women's Bunker School with Coach Heather King Get Out of the Sand with Confidence! Join Coach Heather King for a one-hour bunker clinic designed specifically for women looking to improve their greenside bunker play. Date: Thursday, June 25 Class Times: • 9:00–10:00 AM • 10:00–11:00 AM Cost: $40 per person Maximum: 4 women per class In this small-group setting, you'll learn: Proper bunker setup How to enter the sand correctly Controlling distance from greenside bunkers Common bunker mistakes and how to fix them Practice drills to build confidence Whether you're new to bunker shots or looking to become more consistent, this class will help take the fear out of the sand. Space is extremely limited and expected to fill quickly. Open to all Genders
* FFGA STROKE PLAY TOURNAMENT SATURDAY JUNE 27 @ LOS SERRANOS COUNTRY CLUB
These Events are geared to start preparing our students enrolled in FFGA for individual events they will play in the future. In order for students to better prepare themselves for tournaments we are encouraging them to utilize what they have learned during FFGA sessions throughout the month and transfer that over into on course tournament play. We highly encourage spectators and families to come out and watch, however we do ask that all parent spectators and family members stay on the cart paths and out of danger from errant shots from any groups. Walking spectators are free and highly encouraged. If any parents do need a cart to rent the course will be charging a $25 cart rental fee. We now allow each player to have ONE parent act as a caddy who may carry the bag as well as help with yardage and any other advice as long as PACE OF PLAY is properly maintained. PACE OF PLAY & PROPER ETIQUETTE MUST BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES.

Building a Consistent Swing
Are you unsure of the right way to practice? Do you need some helpful points of emphasis for your practice sessions? In this series of 1 hour supervised practices, learn to hone your skills the correct way by implementing proven practice techniques under the supervision of a PGA Professional. Your PGA Coach will set up and walk you through practice routines you can use to help bring your game to the next level. What's Included: In your first Supervised Practice, your PGA Coach will work with you to establish a baseline of your skills. Subsequent lessons will consist of either repetitive block practices, encouraging new skill development, or a variable practice used to test and challenge your new skills. Time will be spent on the driving range, chipping and putting areas. Once you arrive on property please check in with the Pro-Shop and purchase the size of basket of balls you would like and proceed to the main area of the driving range. Program is designed for an hour. If there is only one player, it is 30 minutes. Two players 60 minutes. This weekly workshop is hosted by PGA member Carlo Borunda and is intended to help you improve your short game.
