Glenmoor Country Club - PGA Junior League 9-13

Through PGA Jr. League, children ages 9-13 of all skill level will learn the game with expert PGA coaching. If your child is interested in moving up or down age groups based on skill/ experience, please reach out to Austin Haley. Wear numbered team jerseys. Compete on a team with friends in a fun, two-person scramble format. Teams will compete in home, away, or in in-house matches. Players will be paired as two person teams and compete head to head with two other players of similar skill level.

Little Birdies (9U)

This popular program, created specifically for 5-7 year old players interested in a PGA Jr League experience, sold out in 2023, 2024, and 2025! Chloe Graham will be back again as the primary facilitator of Little Birdies, with help from the Raccoon Creek pros and several older former Raccoon Creek PGA Jr. League players. Prior golf experience is not required. We can provide clubs for the first two clinics, but players will need their own clubs to use for the on-course sessions. This includes being able to carry their own clubs or having their parents acting as a "caddie" for on course sessions. Little Birdies incorporates many fun features of Raccoon Creek’s award-winning PGA Jr League programming utilizing elements of the American Development Model, endorsed by the PGA of America to offer a PGA Jr League golf introduction with appropriate subject matter, skill development, time, and course length for players in this age group. We will focus on learning to play the game safely while in a fun manner. The concept of team play, PGA Jr League rules and etiquette will be introduced and reinforced throughout the program. Parental involvement is necessary and required due to the age and typical maturity level of players in this age group. When we are on the course, these players are typically not able to carry their clubs and bag on their own. Having a parent or guardian available during on-course practices and golf events to assist as a “caddie” and be available for familiar support, encouragement, and safety will be required. Junior Golfers in this age group display a wide variety of self-sufficiency and confidence in new situations. We will work with you to create the best experience for your player!

13U Recreational League

Our goal is to provide an opportunity for your players to dive deeper into golf and spark a life-time enjoyment for the game in a popular program that focuses on fun, inclusion, player development, camaraderie, and teamwork. Critical traits necessary in prospective PGA Jr League players include a positive attitude, ability to follow safety and game rules, accept coaching, be willing to make new friends, and partner with a variety of players. A popular aspect of Jr League is the opportunity to play a on team with friends and/or siblings and we accommodate such requests when possible. Players should have their own clubs to participate in the program at Raccoon Creek. Chloe Graham will be back again as the primary facilitator of PGA Junior League, with help from the Raccoon Creek pros John Houlihan and Travis Morton and several other experienced coaches. Our program is a three-time recipient of the PGA Junior League #GameChanger Award as the top Colorado program years 2022, 2023, and 2024. Raccoon Creek PGA Jr League incorporates clinics, on-course practice sessions, matches, a season kickoff pizza party and a popular season-ending Fun Day. The 13U Recreational Team will have clinics on Friday evenings from 4-5pm and matches will be on Saturday evenings. New for 2025, we found that 6-hole matches were more fun and appropriate in terms of challenge and time commitment for this ability and interest level, we will continue to engage in 6-hole matches for this group. In 2026, we are again offering a Competitive 13u program for players seeking a more competition-focused environment. Players interested in that program will need to have permission from our programming team to gain access to that program via an assigned registration code. Additional critical traits necessary for participation in the Competitive Raccoons program include the ability to follow safety and game rules, accept coaching, be willing to make new friends, and partner with a variety of players. Hiwan PGA Junior League 9U

The Hiwan/PGA Junior Golf 9U program is a season-long competitive golf experience designed for junior golfers ages 7-9 years old who want to play, compete, and improve in a fun, structured, and motivating environment. Players are placed in groups teams based on age and ability for scheduling for scheduling purposes. The 9U league competitions will all be held at Hiwan Golf Club.

The PGA of America, in partnership PGA Certified Golf Professional, John Trujillo (“Coach John”), is offering an exciting opportunity for junior golfers, ages 14-17, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced level golf experience. This unique “team golf” experience is designed to prepare boys and girls for individual tournament golf, tryouts for their high school/middle school golf team, and PGA Jr. League Team Golf participation.

2026 13U Eisenhower GC PGA Jr. League

The PGA of America, in partnership PGA Certified Golf Professional, John Trujillo (“Coach John”), is offering an exciting opportunity for junior golfers, ages 7-13, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced level golf experience. This unique “team golf” experience serves as a fun, social, and competitive approach to golf, and provides boys and girls with the knowledge and skills that set the stage for a lifetime of golf enjoyment.

2026 Saddleback 13U PGA Jr. League

This is a program for intermediate level golfers ages 7 to 13 years of age. Weekly training sessions on Saturdays (9:30-11:00) and weekly playing sessions on Tuesdays (5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

This is a program for intermediate to advanced level golfers ages 14 to 17 years of age. Weekly training sessions on Saturdays (8:00 to 9:30) and weekly playing sessions on Tuesdays (5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
