Note: Participation in A Prep Clinic is NOT required for participation in free Drive, Chip and Putt Qualifier Events. We are excited to announce a Drive, Chip and Putt Prep Clinic at Pierce Park Greens. Join PGA Coach Aaron Koerner and staff as we help kids prepare to participate in Drive, Chip, and Putt. Whether they're new to the game and entering Drive, Chip and Putt for the first time, or experienced players, Drive, Chip and Putt is a great way for junior golfers to get a bite-size taste of golf while measuring skills in three areas of golf’s main skills. Drive, Chip and Putt is an excellent program for juniors of all levels as participants have an opportunity to advance through local, subregional and regional qualifying to earn a place in the national finals that are conducted at Augusta National Golf Club on the Sunday before The Masters Tournament. Our Prep Clinic will be a great opportunity for juniors to test their skills and experience the Drive, Chip and Putt format before attempting to qualify at the local level. Our program will be run just like the local qualifier with scorecards, scoreboards, tee times, etc. so juniors get comfortable with the experience. In addition, coaching and instructions will be provided in the designated warm-up areas to assist juniors before or after the competition. Attire: Dress for the weather, but shorts, a golf shirt or nice T-shirt, cap and tennis shoes are appropriate for our clinic. And don’t forget sunscreen! 2026 17u First Tee Idaho @ Pierce Park Greens Program

A fun, team-based golf program designed for junior golfers ages 13–17 of all skill levels. This 8-week program, beginning June 4, focuses on player development, confidence, and learning how to play the game in a supportive, competitive environment. Practices and most matches will take place on Thursdays from 2-3 PM at Pierce Park Greens. There will be two matches with the Lakeview Golf Course program. June 16th at Pierce Park starting at 3 PM and June 30 @ Lakeview at 5 PM. Each session will balance time between the practice areas and on-course play, helping players develop sound fundamentals while learning how to apply skills in real playing situations. Practices emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, and course management, while on-course experiences build confidence, decision-making, and enjoyment of the game. Whether your junior golfer is new to competitive golf or looking to sharpen their skills and prepare for high school or tournament play, PGA Junior League provides a welcoming pathway to learn, improve, and have fun with friends.

Adult Private Lesson can cover all parts of the game: Shortgame, Putting, Full Swing, Drivng, and Specialty Shots. In a typical lesson two of those topics can be covered in the hour and I will provide one to two action items to take home at the end of each lesson.

A Series of Lessons are great for beginners or those looking for consistent instruction through the season. We can work on specific goals to help achieve lower scores or incesss your enjoyment on the course.

Private Instruction

All private lessons will be held at Lakeview Golf Club, 4200 W. Talamore Blvd. Meridian, ID 83646. Lessons are $100 for adults (18+) and $60 for juniors ages 17 and below. Please check in at the golf shop and pay in full prior to your lesson. No-shows will be charged the full lesson rate.
