Willow Crest G.C. PGA Jr. League Program

The PGA Junior League at Willow Crest is a fun, structured, and development-focused golf program designed to help young players grow their skills, confidence, and love for the game in a positive team environment. Led by PGA Professional Brian Vaisnoras, this league blends instruction, on-course experience, and friendly competition in a format that is welcoming for beginners while still engaging for more experienced players. Players are placed on teams by coaches based on age, skill level, and friendships to ensure balanced competition and an enjoyable experience for everyone. Matches are played in a 3-vs-3 format, giving each player meaningful playing time while allowing coaches to provide guidance throughout the round. This season introduces an individual point system that rewards participation, effort, and performance on each hole. Players earn points for showing up, competing, and improving—helping shift the focus from winning matches to building confidence and developing skills. PGA Junior League – Quick Schedule Overview Match Nights Match nights are assigned based on availability and roster balance. While we do our best to honor preferences, final schedules are set to ensure fair team sizes and smooth league operation. PGA Junior League is a game-changing opportunity for junior golfers to develop and improve their golf skills in a competitive environment. The program is available to all boys and girls seeking a higher level of instruction and competition. PGA Junior League is designed to bring a “Little League” atmosphere to the game of golf. This is a great way to introduce and continue to keep children involved!

2026 Cog Hill Summer #1 June 4:00 PM

Cog Hill’s PGA Junior League program is a great way for any player 13 and under to not only get introduced to the game but get first-class group instruction and learn how to compete on the course in a low-pressure environment. Cog Hill’s team has qualified for the National tournament each of the last eight years. Our League is the only one in Illinois coached by 3 Golf Digest Best Teachers!

Barrington Bobcats 2026

PGA Jr. League at Barrington Hills Country Club is a fun, team-based golf program for junior players that focuses on skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Players compete in a two-person scramble format against teams from other local clubs, making the experience social and supportive while introducing kids to competitive golf.

Palatine Hills PGA Jr League

Join us at Palatine Hills for a fun summer of team golf competition. We will have practices on Wednesday afternoon focusing on technique and overall strategy. Matches format is a two person scramble, which is a great way to introduce your child to golf competition. In order to register, you will first need to go to palatineparks.org and register with the Palatine Park District. After our tryout night on Wednesday, May 6, those who make the team will receive a code to register with the PGA Jr League website.

The Grizzlies return for their fourth season in the Lake Cook League. We are looking forward to another great season of fun and competition with our neighboring clubs. The program continues to grow and improve and we are excited for our best season yet in 2026!

Northbrook Golf Academy - 13U - Play All 9

Introduce children to team golf in a fun and exciting environment. Our program is unique as participants will play all 9 holes participating in a 2 vs. 2 scramble(best shot) format on the Legacy 9 at Heritage Oaks or Anetsberger Par 3 Golf Course. Players will be paired with and play against other players from our academy based on their skill level and age. To participate in the league children must have their own set of clubs, be able to advance the ball 75-100 yards semi-consistently and have prior playing experience. (Not able to make a full program due to other summer conflicts, contact us directly for a modified season) Two step registration process: Pay your annual PGA Jr. League membership dues at pgajrleague.com and receive your jersey Register through the Northbrook Park District to cover greens fees, range fees and coaching fees. PGA HOPE Winnetka

PGA HOPE is the flagship military program of the PGA of America. PGA HOPE is designed to introduce golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to support their social, emotional, and physical well being. Join PGA HOPE alongside your fellow Veterans and Service members. PGA HOPE has served thousands of Veterans and Service members across the United States through one of our 300+ locations. This introductory program is designed to welcome those of all ages, branches and eras of service, genders, and abilities to the golf course and share in camaraderie and fun together as a group. During this session you will learn the basics from grip to 9 holes of golf from Mike Samson, PGA and other Professionals. No golf equipment is required. If you do have clubs and/or any specialty equipment, please bring them with you. No prior golf experience necessary No VA disability rating required Veterans do not have to have combat or deployments in order to participate All expenses associated with PGA HOPE are covered Any questions? 2026 Atwood PGA Jr League Program

This is a 13U golf program for those with at least some golf experience. PGA Junior league consists of team practices and matches again other area teams. The team will be taught by a PGA professional and also by high-level college golfers. Matches use a scramble format and are 9 holes from shortened tees. Additional information can be received from coaches.
