Captains 9U League (Ages 6-9)

Captains 9U League (Ages 6–9) New this season, Captains is offering PGA Jr. League 9U, an age-appropriate introduction to team golf for junior golfers league-age 6–9 (age as of July 31). The 9U division is designed to keep kids engaged and learning through a mix of fundamentals and fun team games, built around development principles that help younger players build confidence and enjoy the sport from the start. No prior golf experience is required. Our 9U season runs alongside 13U (late June through early August). Sessions are held on weekday evenings and are intentionally shorter (Practices will be on Wednesday Evenings, and Play Dates will fall on Monday or Thursday Evenings): Practices: approximately 45 minutes Play nights / matches: approximately 1.5 hours The goal is simple: a program that helps younger golfers develop skills, feel successful, and have fun while doing it. Please note: while the registration page may currently list Pat Fannon, Jon Mohan will be serving as head coach for the program and will be leading players throughout the season.

The Captains 13U League (Ages 10–13)

PGA Jr. League 13U at The Captains Golf Course is a fun, team-based golf program for junior golfers league-age 10–13 (your child’s age as of July 31). Players learn skills, sportsmanship, and gain on-course confidence while competing in a friendly two-person scramble team format. Our season runs from late June through early August. Practices and matches are held on Monday and Thursday evenings starting at 5:00 PM. Practices are ~1.5 hours, and matches are ~3 hours. There is usually one practice and one match per week. The season finishes off with a Jamboree where all teams come together for awards, food, and golf! In 2025, Captains competed against teams from Dennis Highlands, Cranberry Valley, Ocean Edge, and Blue Rock, giving kids the chance to experience different courses and challenges in a supportive setting. The 13U division is designed for ages 10–13, but 9U division players may be invited to play up if they’re ready for the pace and on-course expectations. FAQ: My child is 9, but I think they’re ready for 13U — what do I do? Register for 9U first. After the first practice, Coaches can recommend moving your child up to 13U if they’re ready for the pace and match length. If they move up, you’ll only pay the difference in coaching fees between the two leagues. Questions? 2026 Cranberry Valley PGA Jr. League Program

The 2026 season will be the 12th season of the PGA Jr. League at Cranberry Valley. We have two to three teams every year with 12-15 players on each team. This past season (2025), the Cranberry Valley teams competed against teams from Dennis Highlands Golf Course, Captains Golf Course, Ocean Edge and Blue Rock Golf Course. The players enjoy playing against the other teams and having a chance to play different courses. The players have a fantastic time and really enjoy playing with friends and meeting new friends during the season. The league starts at the end of June and runs through the end of July. There is usually one practice and one match per week and Cranberry Valley hosts the end of season party each year. The practice and matches are held on Monday's and Thursday's and and start at 5:00 pm. The practices last for two hours and the matches usually last about 3 hours. 2026 Blue Rock Golf Course PGA Jr. League Program

Blue Rock Golf Course is pleased to announce that we will be hosting a team for the upcoming PGA Jr. League season! The Jr. League is an extremely successful and nationally-renowned program, it is always wonderful to see the kids challenged while having a lot of fun. For those of you that aren’t familiar with the program, PGA Jr. League is essentially to golf what pee wee hockey is to hockey or little league is to baseball. The kids receive uniforms and awards, and play matches against other teams from other courses all over the Cape. Blue Rock’s PGA Jr. League is open to boys and girls ages 7-13 of all skill levels – no golf experience required!

Dennis Highlands GC

Starting June 18th. 6 practices and 6 matches and 1 field day cookout with golf, Mondays and Thursdays through July. Arrival time is always 4:30. Practices are 75 minutes and matches are approximately 3 hours. You don't need to attend all practices and matches.

Hyannisport Club

Spring 2026 HGC PGA Jr. League 13U

Fun six week program including one practice and one match, on-course, per week. We stress the fundamentals of the golf swing, introduce course management and emphasize safety, rules and etiquette.

Sandwich Hollows PGA Jr League 13u

Sandwich Hollows Golf Club PGA Jr League led by Brian Caravana, PGA & Juliet Swift, offers juniors fun competitive golf in a team format. Things coaches will be looking for from players, golf etiquette, work ethic, positive attitude and good sportsmanship. Show respect for coaches and other players with the ability to work as a team. All juniors must have their own clubs and must be able to carry their clubs for 9 holes. Practices will focus on all aspects of the golf game.

Sandwich Hollows PGA Jr League 17u
