Drive, Chip and Putt Prep Clinic
We are excited to announce a Drive, Chip and Putt Prep Clinic at the Nemacolin Golf Academy. Join PGA Coach Pete Burton and staff as they help kids prepare to participate in Drive, Chip, and Putt qualifier at Nemacolin. Whether they're new to the game and entering Drive, Chip and Putt for the first time, or experienced players, Drive, Chip and Putt is a great way for junior golfers to get a bite-size taste of golf while measuring skills in three areas of golf’s main skills. Drive, Chip and Putt is an excellent program for juniors of all levels as participants have an opportunity to advance through local, subregional and regional qualifying to earn a place in the national finals that are conducted at Augusta National Golf Club on the Sunday before The Masters Tournament. Our Prep Clinic will be a great opportunity for juniors to test their skills and experience the Drive, Chip and Putt format before attempting to qualify at the local level. Attire: Dress for the weather, but shorts or golf pants, a golf shirt tucked in, cap and golf/athletic shoes are appropriate for our clinic. Please don’t forget sunscreen and bring plenty of water. Equipment needed: Your own set of golf clubs is required! Note to parents Please have participants there on time and picked up promptly at the conclusion of the clinic. Parents may stay and watch from a distance and are not to provide any additional instruction while our professionals are helping your juniors prepare for success. What’s included? High School Golf Camp
High School Golf Team Prep Golf offers valuable opportunities in both school and life. This course provides personalized coaching for students aged 14-17, including: Experienced players or those seeking improvement, Aspiring high school team members needing better skills, Casual driving range visitors wanting more knowledge, Anyone interested in learning about golf, etiquette, rules, and conduct. Classes cover fundamentals to improve golfing skills at any level. Students will explore various topics and may play on the course, subject to availability. The program runs for four consecutive days with two-hour sessions, including instruction, range balls, and course fees. Classes are organized by age and ability, ensuring a strong student-to-teacher ratio. Details: Number of Students: Minimum 4 and Max of 12 Age & Gender: Junior's age 14-17 Skill Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Duration: 90 Minutes per day over 4 consecutive days (Mon-Thu) Cost: $200 Notes: Payments are due in full on the day of the session If you require golf clubs, please message us through the app to reserve Proper golf attire is required at the facility including sneakers or golf shoes Please dress for the weather. Summer Junior Classes
Summer Junior Classes This class is for golfers aged 8-13, whether they are beginners or more experienced. It runs for four days, 90 minutes each day, teaching short game and full swing techniques, course management, and rules. Fun and safety are emphasized through drills, games, and competitions. Classes are organized by age and ability, ensuring a strong student-to-teacher ratio. Oakbrook 13U Travel Team
This is a great opportunity for kids 13 and under to learn to play golf while competing in a fun team aspect. This team will travel to local course to play vs other courses such as Ligonier CC and Latrobe CC. We offer multiple practice times to choose from. For more information contact Tim at tgustin@pga.com
Private Instruction
All of my lessons (private, adults, juniors, couples, small group, large group) will be held at the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort only. I do offer indoor lessons at our on site academy and on course playing lessons.
(1) Outdoor Private Lesson - $125
One Student - Personal Coaching Session Our private coaching sessions are designed for adults and juniors of all abilities, providing personalized instruction to improve fundamentals, technical skills, and mental aspects of the game. Participants receive tailored plans that build confidence and support growth. Sessions accommodate all skill levels, offering one-on-one or small group options based on needs.
(2) Outdoor - 2 Students Private Lesson - $200
Two Students - Personal Coaching Sessions Our private coaching sessions are designed for adults and juniors of all abilities, providing personalized instruction to improve fundamentals, technical skills, and mental aspects of the game. (OD) Outdoor On Course Playing Lesson $275
On Course Playing Lessons On-course playing lessons help golfers apply their practice skills in actual game settings. These lessons focus on decision-making and adapting to various course conditions, allowing golfers to improve their strategy and shot selection. Each session lasts up to 2 hours, with instruction and course fees included in the price. Intended for individuals with prior golf course experience, these lessons provide practical strategies under the supervision of an instructor, aiding players in managing the complexities of the game. Number of Students: 1-2 Max Age & Gender: Adults & Juniors Skill Level: Intermediate & Advanced Duration: 2 Hours Cost: $275
