On Course Essentials Clinic
This on-course guided clinic is designed to help participants build confidence, improve pace of play, and gain a better understanding of on course situations in a supportive and encouraging environment. Throughout the clinic, participants will receive assistance with golf rules as they naturally arise on the course, helping players better understand proper procedures, common rulings, and how to navigate situations encountered during league play. The clinic will also include instruction on score tracking and posting scores to GHIN, ensuring participants feel comfortable managing their handicap and understanding the importance of accurate scorekeeping. A strong emphasis will be placed on pace of play strategies. These skills are designed to help players feel more comfortable, relieve pressure, and promote confident participation in league play while keeping the game enjoyable for everyone on the course. In addition, participants will learn valuable course management techniques to help lower scores and make smarter decisions during play. Participants will leave with a stronger understanding of golf etiquette, rules, course strategy, scoring procedures, and the overall flow of play, helping them transition into league play with greater comfort, confidence, and enjoyment.
