Cochecho Country Club

Our PGA JUNIOR LEAGUE Team is Captained by Doug Van Wickler, PGA and Coached by Head Golf Professional Lucas Langelier, Asst. Professional Sean Pride and other capable adults. Doug is a 25+ year PGA Member, Maine PGA Teacher of the Year and Golf Professional of the Year and has been recognized by the PGA of America for his efforts to grow the game. He has been involved with PGA JR LEAGUE since 2016. Join our 13U team at Cochecho Country Club. Our program is designed for boys and girls ages 5-13. Players learn together and play together in a two-person scramble format. Our goal is to continue developing junior golfers of all skill levels into more competitive players while preparing them for the highest level of their future goals in golf and life with an emphasis on having FUN! We will have a fun meet and great before the start of the season where players meet teammates, parents meet other parents and of course the coaches. This is where ALL your questions are answered and the FUN starts! Practice will be held on Tuesday evenings from 5:00-6:30pm. We can provide equipment, if needed. Matches are typically held on Sundays, and are usually scheduled at 4:00pm and run for two hours or 9-holes, whichever comes first. We have lots of fun and very productive practices. ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME!!! COME OUT, HAVE FUN AND JOIN OUR TEAM!!!

The Bradford Country Club PGA Junior League is coached by PGA Professional Kevin Murphy. We are a fun focused co-ed golf team with a mission of helping kids fall in love with the game of golf.

The Rockport Rebels

PGA Jr. League is a fun, team‑oriented introduction to golf for boys and girls ages 8–13. The program is designed to make the game welcoming, social, and confidence‑building. Instead of traditional individual play, kids compete in a relaxed team scramble format, which encourages teamwork, learning, and shared success. Here are a few highlights of the program: Team Environment: Players wear numbered jerseys and compete together, creating a real sense of camaraderie. Beginner‑Friendly: All skill levels are welcome. Coaches help kids learn the game at their own pace. Fun Competition: Matches and practices are structured, but the main focus is always on enjoyment, sportsmanship, and improvement. Skill Development: Players learn fundamentals, course etiquette, and strategy in a supportive setting. Community: Families often enjoy being part of the team atmosphere and watching the kids grow throughout the season. Whether your child is brand new to golf or already loves the game, PGA Jr. League is a great way to build skills, make friends, and enjoy a positive sports experience. 2026 Wenham Country Club 13U

Our 13 & Under division will consist of 6 teams in our In-House league and 1 travel team. Learn all aspects of the game during weekly practices and games. This is a fun, low pressure, team environment that introduces competition during instruction. Our program will run from May 18 through August 20. Most practices and games will be on weekdays around 5:30. Our coaching staff is made up of PGA Golf Professionals, College and High School Golf Coaches, School Teachers, and College Golfers.
