PGA HOPE Mansfield - Session 2

PGA HOPE is the flagship military program of the PGA of America. PGA HOPE is designed to introduce golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to support their social, emotional, and physical well being. Join PGA HOPE alongside your fellow Veterans and Servicemembers. PGA HOPE has served thousands of Veterans and Servicemembers across the United States through one of our 300+ locations. Notice to Repeat PGA HOPE Graduates: If this PGA HOPE session becomes full and has a waitlist, the registration for repeat graduates (those who have previously attended a session at this or another facility) may be canceled to prioritize first-time participants. You will be notified in advance if your registration is affected. Thank you for your understanding. This introductory program is designed to welcome those of all ages, branches and eras of service, genders, and abilities to the golf course and share in camaraderie and fun together as a group. During this session you will learn the basics from grip to 9 holes of golf from PGA and LPGA Professionals. No golf equipment is required. If you do have clubs and/or any specialty equipment, please bring them with you. Cedarbrook Country Club 2026 PGA Jr. League 17u

PGA Junior League 17U is a program designed for competitive play for kids 14-17 years old. Juniors who have aged out of 13U program will now have the option to play a longer course, slightly tougher format. Juniors will still have a partner but now will be playing better ball instead of a scramble. Matches will be held at other local private facilities such as, Blue Bell, Indian Valley, Bluestone, and Commonwealth.

Downingtown Jaws Dawgs

Hi parents, my name is Ryan Lagergren. This will be my first season running the PGA Jr League at Downingtown CC. PGA Jr League is a wonderful way to introduce your kids to golf. The program runs from the end of school till late July. We usually have 5-6 matches, 3 home and 3 away. Matches are usually on the weekends around 4pm. We will have 4 practices mixed in during the week. If your kids have clubs, that's great, if not I can point you in the right direction. Practices usually last about and hour and a half, matches usually take a little over two hours and we have pizza afterwards. We play a scramble format in the matches which is helpful in case one of the kids is having trouble. We will hit some balls and play a few holes during practice. The main thing for me is that the kids have fun and want to play more golf. Two uniform shirts, a carry bag, a hat and a few other goodies are included with your fee.
