Veteran Clinic Series at The Pompey Club We are always looking to play better golf, but most of the time, we just don't know how. Join us for a 90 minute clinic where we will spend time on the driving range, short game area, and putting green, to help you play better golf! The clinic will start at 8:00am and will conclude at roughly 9:30am. PGA Jr. League is the perfect way to get your junior golfer more involved in the game. Practices and Matches are fun and engaging, bringing the team aspect to the game of golf. Practices will be Weekday Evenings (Days and Times TBD) Matches will be filtered in once our League is created

PGA HOPE Pompey - Summer 2

PGA HOPE is the flagship military program of the PGA of America. PGA HOPE is designed to introduce golf to Veterans and Active Duty Military to support their social, emotional, and physical well being. Join PGA HOPE alongside your fellow Veterans and Servicemembers. PGA HOPE has served thousands of Veterans and Servicemembers across the United States through one of our 300+ locations. This introductory program is designed to welcome those of all ages, branches and eras of service, genders, and abilities to the golf course and share in camaraderie and fun together as a group. During this session you will learn the basics from grip to 9 holes of golf from PGA and LPGA Professionals. No golf equipment is required. If you do have clubs and/or any specialty equipment, please bring them with you. No prior golf experience necessary No VA disability rating required Veterans do not have to have combat or deployments in order to participate All expenses associated with PGA HOPE are covered Any questions? Butternut Creek Summer League is open to any child ages 7-9 years old and all skill levels that are enrolled in either a spring or summer First Tee Program. Butternut Creek Golf Complex, the home of the First Tee Syracuse, is Syracuse's premier driving range with a attached 9-hole par 3 golf course. Butternut Creek has a variety of exceptionally manicured golf holes to present a challenge for all golfers from complete beginners to highly skilled golfers. Come join our PGA Junior League golf team and play one of the top public courses in New York State - Seven Oaks! We provide a well rounded experiencing for all skill levels. Our program provides the opportunity for instruction and competition all while providing a safe atmosphere for your child to learn in. Available for children ages 6 -13. Practices start in June and matches go from June - August.
