9U Michelbook Spring/Summer

This program is and in-house league designed for kids that are 9 years of age or younger and are less experienced or a beginner to the game. Kids registered for this program will be paired together on-course and will play a 6 hole scramble of yardages between 50 - 100 yards. Coaches and our experienced 17U league kids will be providing the instruction. Practices are made up of games to develop athletic ability and golf skills in a fun and relaxed manner. Kids that are between the ages of 7 and 9 that are more advanced players should seek our 13u program for more on-course access with a 9-hole scramble. This will be at coaches discretion. In the event of inclement weather, we will consider those days as canceled, unless we are able to reschedule.

This is an exciting program for players aged 14-17! Like Little League for GOLF! This is a great place for golfers of ALL skill levels to learn the game and have fun in friendly competition. Practices will focus on developing all around athleticism as well as golf specific skills. We create a team atmosphere because learning and playing golf is more fun with friends! Our 17U team will play a home and away series of games with the 3 other clubs in our League as well as in-house matches and a season ending all league event July 5 at Salem Golf Club. NEW FOR THIS YEAR we will be competing for the Willamette Valley Cup. Select matches in each game will count towards the season score and the team with the most points at the end of the season will win the cup! Join us and be a part of bringing the inaugural cup to Michelbook CC! Come to learn the game, relax and have fun, or come to cut your teeth in competition. Either way this is the place to be! Illahe Hills Country Club - 13U Spring/Summer

PGA Jr. League is a fun, team based golf program designed for played ages 4-13 who want to improve their skills, compete in a supportive environment, and enjoy golf with friends. Players are coached by two PGA professionals and develop their games through structured practices, on course strategy, and match play experiences that build confidence and course management. Our 13U team will compete in a full league schedule that includes home and away matches with Michelbook CC, Creekside GC, and Chehalem Glenn GC, plus an in-house match. The season will wrap up with a ending event at Salem GC with all teams participating. New this year is the inaugural Willamette Valley Cup, where selected matches from each league game will count towards a season-long team score. All points will be tracked through Golf Genius, allowing players and parents to view results at any time and follow an interactive live leaderboard throughout the season. The team with the highest total at the season's end event will be crowned champions of the cup and hopefully we can be the first to our names on the trophy.
