YMCA Newport/Green Valley Summer 13u 2026

Our program begins this Summer. Players of all abilities from beginners to advanced players are welcome. Practices are conducted weekly on our putting green, driving range, short game area and the golf course. Inter league tournaments on indoor simulators will also take place. \* Participants will need to provide their own clubs. All practices and tournaments will be held at the YMCA or Green Valley Golf Course. Parents will be informed prior to events. Practice will be held Thursdays from 5:30-7PM at Green Valley or the YMCA space depending on weather.

2026 The Ridge Club PGA Jr. League

Designed for boys and girls aged 13 and under, this league is the perfect way to introduce your child to the fun and camaraderie of competitive golf. Our team-based format ensures a stress-free, enjoyable experience, focusing on teamwork and socialization rather than individual scores. League Highlights: Team vs. Team Competitions: Face off against other clubs from the Cape in a friendly scramble format. All-Inclusive Entry Fee: Your registration includes team uniforms, bag tags, golf balls, and the opportunity to play on various prestigious private courses. Sandwich Hollows Golf Club PGA Jr League led by Brian Caravana, PGA & Juliet Swift, offers juniors fun competitive golf in a team format. Things coaches will be looking for from players, golf etiquette, work ethic, positive attitude and good sportsmanship. Show respect for coaches and other players with the ability to work as a team. All juniors must have their own clubs and must be able to carry their clubs for 9 holes. Practices will focus on all aspects of the golf game.

2026 DYC Junior Team

At its core, the PGA Jr. League is a group of local golf teams who play a series of games against each other, utilizing a nurturing and social scramble format. PGA and LPGA Professionals exclusively serve as Captains and are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for all that encourages skill and character development. Brett Boyer will be DYC's professional, Team Captain. To be eligible, juniors must be between 9 and 12 years of age and be able to play 9 holes and carry their own set of clubs. Parents must provide transportation to and from away matches.
