Fitness Session

Our Golf Performance Fitness Sessions are designed to help you move better, swing faster, and stay injury-free. Each session focuses on building strength, mobility, and explosive power specific to the golf swing. Using a structured, data-driven approach, we target key areas like core stability, lower body strength, and rotational speed to improve your performance on the course. Whether you’re looking to gain distance, improve consistency, or simply feel better during and after your rounds, this program is tailored to your individual needs.

Game Assessment

During this Game Assessment, we will take a deep dive into every area of your game and build a clear plan forward. On-Course Simulation – You’ll play a par 5, par 4, and par 3 on the simulator as we talk through your shot selection, strategy, and decision-making to understand your thought process. Swing Analysis – Using Sportsbox 3D and Swing Catalyst, we’ll capture key data and video to evaluate your swing mechanics, movement patterns, and efficiency. Putting Assessment – We’ll complete a series of putting drills designed to measure stroke consistency, start line control, and speed management. Game Plan & Goals – To finish, we’ll identify your strengths and key improvement areas, then create a personalized development plan to help you reach your goals faster and more efficiently.

Club Fitting

Take the guesswork out of your equipment. Our data-driven club fitting process combines industry-leading technology with expert analysis to help you find the right clubs for your swing. We fit golfers for Mizuno, Callaway, and Srixon equipment using TrackMan, Foresight GCQuad, and the Mizuno Shaft Optimizer. By analyzing key swing and ball-flight data—including club delivery, launch conditions, spin rates, and shaft performance—we can accurately identify the best equipment setup for your game. 50 Minute Lesson

During these sessions, we will analyze full swing using Swing Catalyst, Force Playes, and Trackman Launch Monitor data. You will have access to top tier equipment and training aids. We will also analyze the putting stroke using Capto technology and take a look at your chipping and pitching.
