By assessing flexibility, strength, balance, and stability through the screen, I can develop a tailored training program that addresess your specific needs. A TPI screening consists of a one-on-one consultation and a series of movement tests designed to evaluate key areas related to the golf swing, including: Posture and Balance: Assessing setup posture and stability. Mobility: Testing ranges of motion in the hips, spine, shoulders, and wrists. Stability: Evaluating the ability to maintain balance and control during movements.
